Sherry Clem
Case Manager

Sherry began working with founding attorney Scott Blair in 1994 and has spent more than 30 years passionately advocating for injured clients. As an experienced case manager, she plays an important role in each client’s recovery – starting by listening closely and putting clients at ease, so they feel comfortable being vulnerable and confiding in her after a serious injury. She then helps clients navigate the medical system, connecting them with leading specialists in rehabilitation and brain injury care. Having experienced a back injury of her own, she understands firsthand how chronic pain can affect daily life.

About Sherry

One of Sherry’s greatest strengths is learning each client’s story. She spends meaningful time with clients to understand how their injuries have affected their daily lives, often speaking with family members and coworkers to gain a fuller picture, then turns that understanding into thorough, detailed settlement brochures. Her integrity and attention to detail have earned her strong respect across the industry, including excellent working relationships with insurance adjusters. Sherry takes great pride in resolving cases in a way that benefits the client, not the bottom line, and it’s a big part of why clients value having her on their team. A former collegiate athlete, she brings that same team-first mindset and leadership to her work in personal injury.

Outside the office, Sherry enjoys working out at the gym and traveling the world with her husband in search of beautiful sunsets.
