As Brain Injury Law of Seattle’s receptionist, Natalee is likely the first person you’ll talk to when you call the office. Her goal from that very first conversation is simple: to make sure every client feels heard, understood, and supported.
Her commitment comes from personal experience. Having seen firsthand what it feels like to be overlooked by the healthcare system, Natalee believes no one navigating a difficult time should ever feel that way — and she brings that same compassion to every call and every client. Growing up in the local community as the oldest of five taught her patience, respect, and empathy, qualities she carries with her every day at work.
Outside the office, Natalee’s creative side takes over. She enjoys arts and crafts of all kinds and can usually be found with a good book nearby.
