    Car Crashes in Washington

Multi-vehicle crashes like this one often leave people with serious injuries and long recoveries. State Route 7 runs through a busy corridor in Spanaway, with frequent turning traffic and changing speeds. When drivers mix alcohol or drugs with those conditions, risk rises fast. Even a short trip can end in a high-force impact that harms the body in ways that are not obvious right away.

Common injuries after three-car collisions include:

    • Neck and back strains: Sudden jolts can stretch or tear soft tissues, causing pain and stiffness that may linger for weeks.
    • Broken bones: The force of impact can fracture arms, ribs, hips, or legs, often needing casts, surgery, and physical therapy.
    • Internal bleeding: Blunt trauma can damage organs without visible wounds, so doctors watch closely for dangerous hidden bleeding.
    • Head trauma and concussions: Even if you do not hit your head hard, the brain can shake inside the skull and trigger lasting symptoms.

Many people feel sore or dizzy hours later. Others notice memory problems days after the crash. That is why quick medical care matters. Doctors can spot hidden issues early and document them for your claim. Brain injuries deserve special attention. The brain is a soft, dense organ, and even a mild crash can cause lasting changes to mood, memory, or balance. At Brain Injury Law of Seattle, we focus on helping clients get the right medical support and a legal plan built for long-term recovery.
